Jamie Grant, J.D.
Founder and CEO

Meet Jamie, a serial co-founder, recovering and repentant lawyer, retired legislator, and the former Chief Information Officer of Florida. Jamie Grant founded RedLeif, serves as CEO, and is responsible for the overall performance of the company. Prior to being appointed as the State CIO, the first and only government job of his career, Grant spent more than a decade launching and scaling innovative technology solutions in the private sector. He has co-founded multiple ventures, one of which generated more than $10m ARR and raised more than $50m of institutional capital.

As Florida’s Chief Information Officer , Grant was responsible for enterprise IT and security. During his tenure he led an organizational transformation that off-loaded the state’s data center, established Florida’s first ever cybersecurity operations center which supports more than 30 state agencies and 200 local government entities, launched the state’s first enterprise data catalog, developed the Florida’s Enterprise Architecture, and designed the digital response to Hurricane Ian. Grant also served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010-2014 and 2015-2020, chairing numerous legislative committees and carrying significant policy reforms that were passed into law.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Jamie is a third-generation Floridian who graduated from Tampa Jesuit, earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University, and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.

When he’s not working, you’re most likely to find Jamie supporting Auburn University, in the woods, on the water, listening to live music, on a golf course, or playing hockey.

Greg Burlin, MBA
Chief Growth Officer

Allow us to introduce you to Greg, an executive-level leader with a proven track record of success in the information technology sector for large multi-national corporations. Greg Burlin co-founded RedLeif and serves as the organization’s Chief Growth Officer. He is responsible for developing and executing RedLeif’s go-to-market strategies with a primary focus on state, local, and education (SLED) and federal markets. He brings with him to RedLeif an incredibly valuable combination of skills and experience, as both a former leader within and an executive advisor to innovative companies.

Greg brings to RedLeif more than 15 years of leadership within large multinational technology companies, culminating in three and a half years at NTT DATA, a Fortune 100 Company. In his role at NTT DATA, Greg was Vice President and Head of North America SLED sales. As Sales Leader, he was responsible for accelerating the company’s growth strategy in the vertical, meeting sales and revenue commitments that approached $500 million annually, and expanding its product and sell-through partner offerings. Burlin has contributed more than $2 billion in new revenue sales and portfolio acquisitions throughout his career exclusively in the government sector. Since leaving NTT DATA, Greg has been serving as Managing Partner for Burlin Consulting, a boutique advisory firm founded in 2010. In that role, he advises large multinational corporations, established small businesses, and emerging SaaS companies to leverage digital capabilities to streamline and scale their operations.

Greg holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Brown University. He resides in the DC-metro area with his wife Stephanie, and their three children, Nico, Demi and Bode. Greg enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and watching his children compete in their various sports and activities. As a former D1 college football player he has played in a men’s league football since graduation and coached for at his high school alma mater, St. Johns College in Washington DC.
